An agreement has reportedly been finalized for Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen to leave Napoli and join Juventus during the upcoming summer transfer window.
According to well-known Tuttosport journalist Raffaele Auriemma, Juventus sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli and Osimhen have come to terms over the move, with the club submitting a formal offer of €85 million for the forward.
Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has reportedly agreed to let the 26-year-old join a direct Serie A rival rather than risk losing him for nothing when his contract expires in June 2026.
Currently on loan at Turkish giants Galatasaray, Osimhen has enjoyed an impressive run, scoring 33 goals in 38 appearances this season. The Nigerian international has openly expressed his admiration for the Turkish champions in recent interviews.
Osimhen, a former Lille standout and African Footballer of the Year, previously helped Napoli win the Serie A title. The Italian club had already signed Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea last year in anticipation of Osimhen’s eventual departure.
