Ex- Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai believes the Peoples Democartic Party (PDP) were behind the initial declaration of the son late Emir of Kano as the new monarch of the ancient city of Kano.
Recall, that a lot of news website had initial proclaimed the ascension of the Sanusi Ado Bayero as the 14th Emir of Kano.
