Despite the presence of FBI agents, ATF agents, and US Marshals, the suspect could not be apprehended at the scene, according to a Fox5NY reporter on the scene.
Governor Phil Murphy also confirmed this incident on Twitter, assuring that his government would continue to support law enforcement agents to ensure dwellers of the state are safe.
