Napoli confirmed the signing of AC Milan forward Noah Okafor on Monday, following the recent departure of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia last month.
Swiss international Okafor joins the Serie A leaders on loan until the season’s end, with an option for a permanent transfer.
His arrival comes after Georgian winger Kvaratskhelia moved to Paris Saint-Germain in January for a reported €70 million ($72 million).
Napoli’s owner, Aurelio De Laurentiis, welcomed Okafor with a brief message on X, saying, “Welcome Noah.”
Before securing Okafor, De Laurentiis had attempted to sign Borussia Dortmund’s Karim Adeyemi and Fenerbahce’s Allan Saint-Maximin.
The 24-year-old forward has managed just one goal in 11 Serie A appearances for Milan since his transfer from Salzburg in July 2023.
Napoli currently leads Serie A by three points over second-placed Inter Milan as they prepare to face Udinese on Sunday.
