A student of the Imo State University (IMSU), Owerri, Imo State, has been reportedly beaten and shot dead by suspected cultists.
Reports gathered that the yet-to-be-identified young man met his death on Tuesday evening after residents heard gunshots around a place called Orange groove Junction near the institution.
An eyewitness who shared the picture said, ”I saw people running away, I heard gunshots, the killers escaped on a keke napep, three guys.
”People around were saying he is a cultist. They chased him from his shop to Orange groove before they shot him in the head.”
