Senate President, David Mark, has appealed to victims of the recent communal clash in Benue State to desist from carrying out reprisals against their attackers.
The attack on the people of Ogwule-Ankpa in Agatu Local GovernmentArea left 50 houses razed and claimed 17 lives.

The Senate President urged Benue, Nasarawa, and Kogi State governments to co-operate in order to ensure adequate security in boundary communities to check incursion by mercenaries.
