Nigerian musician Darey Art Alade and his wife Deola recently survived a terrifying incident after their car caught fire on the Third Mainland Bridge.
Deola took to Instagram to recount the harrowing experience, which occurred on June 6, 2025. She confirmed that, thankfully, no lives were lost in the accident.
Reflecting on the ordeal, Deola emphasized how quickly material possessions can lose value when faced with life-threatening situations. She described the event as both shocking and painful, stressing the irreplaceable nature of human life.
She also expressed deep gratitude to God for His protection and for giving them the strength to carry on.
