“Cash Me Outside” girl Danielle Bregoli was sentenced to five years probation in Florida — and she did not look very happy leaving the courtroom. The 14-year-old viral star pled guilty to four criminal charges last month, including grand theft auto and possession of marijuana, for arrests prior to her rise to fame.
Wearing a gray maxi dress and oversized black cardigan, Danielle Bregoli looked on the verge of tears after getting the news alongside her bodyguard and mom, Barbara Ann. The troubled teen is currently filming her reality show in Los Angeles, so it will be interesting to see how her probation will impact her budding television career.
Danielle Bregoli initially went viral after appearing on an episode of The Dr. Phil Show titled, “I Want To Give Up My Car-Stealing, Knife-Wielding, Twerking 13-Year-Old Daughter Who Tried To Frame Me For A Crime” so her criminal record should not come as a surprise to fans. However, she is also in the middle of a legal battle between her mom and estranged father Ira Peskowitz. Her father previously asked the judge to restrict Danielle’s access to the Internet and claimed she was being exploited.
As expected, Danielle did not have kind words for her dad, who also wants to stop paying child support. “My father has never been active in my life and now that he sees me doing good things, he’s just trying to shut it down for no reason,” she told Hollywood Life. “He’s a liar and he’s only interested in two things, money and making himself look good. Where was he a year ago when things with me were actually really bad? He’s the worst person in the world and should be happy that I’m doing good things for myself and getting great opportunities.”
