A thief was apprehended while stealing armored cable wires at Umuguma Owerri neighborhood, Imo State capital, National Helm reports.
He was caught by residents of the neighborhood, as he was stripped naked, beaten and was about to be set ablaze before police officers come to rescue him.
He was nabbed at Umuguma back of three decking at Abba father and in the process of being lynched, the police came to his rescue. According to some people, he has been terrorizing the neighborhood, breaking into people’s shops before his capture. (Photos Below)
