Nigerian music sensation Omoniyi Temidayo Raphael, widely known as Zlatan Ibile, has publicly addressed the often-uncomfortable encounters celebrities face with overly enthusiastic fans. The Zanku Records founder voiced his concerns regarding individuals who exhibit what he describes as “awkward” and “overwhelming” conduct when meeting public figures.

Through a post on his official X (formerly Twitter) handle, Zlatan highlighted a common phenomenon where individuals become so starstruck by a famous personality that their actions appear inappropriate or, as he candidly put it, they “look stupid” in the moment. His commentary reflects a sentiment shared by many public figures who navigate these challenging fan interactions.

The acclaimed artist and father of one further elaborated on his thoughts, expressing a unique wish. He stated that he hoped those who display such tendencies might have a famous person within their immediate household. According to Zlatan, this personal connection would help normalize the experience of being around stardom, potentially mitigating the extreme reactions often observed in public settings.
