Yung6ix has reacted to the growing outrage surrounding the abduction of teachers and students in Oyo State, insisting that the government must be held responsible for ensuring the victims are rescued safely.

In a video shared online, the rapper stated that the primary responsibility of any president is to guarantee the safety and protection of citizens.

According to him, leadership should not revolve solely around economic policies, loans, contracts, or government spending, but must also focus on securing lives and maintaining national security.

Yung6ix argued that if the government fails to protect Nigerians and secure the release of kidnapped victims, citizens have every right to question its performance and demand accountability.

He said:

“My own take is this, if Tinubu cannot bring back those kids and those teacher, then the Tinubu-Must-Go movement must start. The job of the president is not the job of a layman. A president someone that can protect a nation. If you cannot protect our nation Nigeria, oga, just leave. It simply means you cannot do the job. The job is not just about borrowing money and allocating contracts to your friends and all of that…..”

His comments come amid rising public concern over insecurity and the recent kidnapping of schoolchildren and teachers in parts of the country.
