Kenneth Kobani, the Secretary to the Rivers State Government, who was arrested by the Nigerian Army on Saturday, during the state’s legislative rerun elections, has been released.
After his release from custody, Kobani, in an interview with SR, explained why he was arrested by the Nigerian army.
