In one rural community in Ohaji/Egbema Local Government Area in Imo state, Mothers from Mgbishii are now protesting over the unthinkable savage crimes that have be fallen them.
The have cried out to the Imo state government and Catholic Archbishop of Owerri Ecclesiastical Province, Dr. Anthony Obinna saying that their off springs have turned against them.
They told Vanguard that they are being raped and molested by their own children during a recent visit to the Catholic Archbishop at the Maria Assumpta Catholic Cathedral in Owerri.
They said: “We are raped and molested by our own children. You cannot come to Mgbuishii and return home safely because of the crime rate”.
The women also said that they have already cried and complained to the Imo state administration but their pleads have fallen to deaf ears.
