Napoli striker Victor Osimhen has reportedly been presented with a staggering contract offer from Saudi Arabia, which could mark a major turning point in his career.
The Nigerian forward, who played a key role in Napoli’s Serie A title triumph two seasons ago, is expected to make a permanent move away from the club this summer.
Although Osimhen spent last season on loan at Galatasaray, he is still weighing his options as multiple clubs show interest. The 26-year-old has previously rejected several bids from Al Hilal, but the Saudi Pro League side has now returned with a significantly upgraded proposal.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the new offer is worth approximately £34 million per year, totaling nearly £140 million over a potential four-year contract.
If he agrees to the deal, Osimhen would join the ranks of the highest-paid footballers in the world. His current contract with Napoli includes a release clause of around £64 million.
