Social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, known as Verydarkman (VDM), has expressed his dissatisfaction with influencer Amarchi Amusi, better known as Ashmusy, over a controversial incident.
VDM, who is known for calling out celebrities, shared a video revealing how Ashmusy allegedly deceived a woman through her empowerment scheme. According to VDM, Ashmusy recorded a video of a woman in need, promising to help her. After sharing the woman’s account details and collecting donations, Ashmusy reportedly failed to provide any assistance.
VDM accused Ashmusy of being desperate for money and warned that her negative behavior could lead to trouble.
In the video, the woman shared how Ashmusy had abandoned her after raising her hopes. She recalled that the influencer had promised to help after meeting her but never followed through.
In response, VDM pledged to help the woman by personally giving her N1.5 million, even though his NGO wasn’t involved in such initiatives. He also appealed to his followers to help locate the woman so he could fulfill his promise.
