Manchester United are keeping in contact with Tottenham for Harry Kane.
United made an attempt to open talks over a fee for Kane last summer, only for Spurs chairman Daniel Levy to refuse to do business.
BeinSport says United boss Louis van Gaal’s interest hasn’t waned and he hopes to revive talks leading up to the winter transfer window.
Claims of a bid of around £25 million has been mooted, though is likely to fall well short of Levy’s valuation.
For his part, Kane insists: “I am happy at Tottenham. It is a great club that is going in the right direction. I want to become a legend here.”
