Three time PM of Turkey Tayipp Erdogan has today been sworn in as the Republics President.
Mr Erdogan who won 52% of the Turkey’s first presidential election vote earlier this month vowed to relentlessly uphold the principles of modern day secular Turkey.
The former PM who has been criticized and accused for having ties with the Islamic Brotherhood and having islamic learnings is expected to amend or use a new constitution being the first ‘President elect’of the republic.
His inauguration was graced by leaders from Asia,Africa and Eastern Europe however, there were no Leaders from the west and the US only sent a representative from its Embassy.
