Nollywood actress and evangelist Tonto Dikeh has taken a bold step in her spiritual journey by launching a new Christian fellowship, the New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle (NWPT), in the heart of Abuja.
Dikeh announced the establishment of the interdenominational fellowship on her official Instagram account, describing it as a “spiritual home, interdenominational altar, and global movement of consecrated believers.” According to the actress, the initiative was created to provide a sacred space where believers can gather to experience revival, intense prayer, spiritual growth, and the raw power of God.
The spiritual foundation of the fellowship is drawn from Mark 2:22, a well-known biblical passage that speaks about pouring new wine into new wineskins to preserve both.
A video of the actress and evangelist ministering at the newly established center has surfaced online, capturing her in her elements as she preaches to the gathering:
A Focus on Spiritual Revival and Consecration
The leadership of the New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle has explicitly clarified that the ministry is “not a church,” but rather an intense gathering of people dedicated to fulfilling God’s purposes on Earth. The movement’s primary vision is to spark a global awakening of consecrated believers who will operate in divine presence and impact nations positively.
To guide its spiritual operations, the ministry has outlined its core values under the acronym FIRE:
- Flame of Intercession
- Intimacy and Consecration
- Revival and Soul Winning
- Empowerment through Deliverance and Healing
Weekly Fellowship Details
In its welcome message, the fellowship urged believers to remain dedicated to private prayers and to consistently seek God’s presence in “the secret place.”
For those interested in participating, the New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle is scheduled to hold its fellowship meetings every Friday at 6:00 PM. The gatherings will take place in the Jabi district of Abuja, marking a new chapter in Tonto Dikeh’s evolving public ministry as she balances her entertainment career with her religious calling.
