BENIN – It was confirmed by The Police Command in Edo on Wednesday that the wife and daughter of a transport magnate, Abel Omoruyi, were kidnapped by gunmen with sophisticated weapons in Benin on Tuesday.
The woman and her daughter were said to have been kidnapped on Tuesday night in the Ugbor area of Benin on their way home after business.
The robbers are yet to make contact with the family of the victims.
