Popular Nigerian content creators and newlyweds, Jarvis and Peller, have once again captured the attention of social media users following a revealing live broadcast. During the session, Jarvis made a startling disclosure regarding the highly publicized ₦400 million mansion gifted to Peller by real estate billionaire, King Ochacho.
The Clash Over the Mansion’s Completion Status
The luxury mansion was presented to the couple on August 1, 2026, during their glamorous traditional wedding ceremony in Lagos. While fans believed the property was ready for occupancy, Jarvis shocked viewers by revealing that the house is currently far from completed.
Reacting to her statement, Peller quickly countered his wife’s claims, assuring their audience that the building would be fully ready before the end of the year. Jarvis, however, maintained her stance, advising fans to temper their expectations so they would not be disappointed.
“I’m trying to explain things to you. It’s better to look at it that way so that you won’t be over-expectant,” Jarvis explained during the livestream.
An irritated Peller jokingly threatened to kick her off the live session, insisting that the remaining work was minor and only consisted of painting and roofing.
Peller’s Relationship with the Ochacho Family
Beyond the multi-million naira home gift, Peller has maintained a strong relationship with the Ochacho family. He recently shared details of a conversation he had with King Ochacho’s wife regarding his voluntary support for their son, Iceking, an upcoming artist.
According to Peller, his promotional efforts have yielded massive results, pushing Iceking’s music to over 186,000 streams on Apple Music. In appreciation of his support, King Ochacho has reportedly planned a massive $1 million giveaway to further promote his son’s upcoming album.
Peller revealed that he will soon travel to Abuja to meet with the billionaire real estate mogul to finalize and announce the beneficiaries of the massive giveaway.
