Chukwuemeka Emmanuel popularly known as Oga sabinus through his lawyer recently served lawsuits to peak milk and gala sausage roll over an alleged infringement of his intellectual property.
Sabinus through his lawyer has demanded for the sum of One Billion Naira from Peak Milk over the alleged usage of his trademarked phrase, “Something hooge”.
He also demanded the sum of N100M from UAC Food Limited for using his brand picture and other intellectual products to make adverts and promotions for their product, Gala sausage roll.

In a pre-suit notice dated 27 May 2022 and signed by his lead counsel, Mr Stanley Alieke, Sabinus demanded from Peak Milk the payment of N500m for the alleged unauthorised use of his intellectual property and another N500m for damages for the “emotional, physical, psychological and mental trauma our client has suffered for the trademark theft and the infringement of his intellectual rights property
