Davido’s first baby mama, Sophia Momodu, has unfollowed the singer’s third baby mama, Amanda Brown, on Instagram.
According to NAIJALOG, the fallout comes shortly after Amanda celebrated her daughter Hailey Adeleke’s birthday over the weekend. This happened just days before Davido’s first daughter, Imade Adeleke, turned 10 on Wednesday.
Davido’s surprise appearance at Hailey’s birthday party in Senegal—alongside some of his associates—triggered mixed reactions from social media users. Following the event, Sophia reportedly unfollowed Amanda, who was previously known to be a close friend.
Though Amanda has yet to return the unfollow, NAIJALOG notes that tensions between Sophia and Davido have been building. The singer had earlier accused Sophia of preventing him from seeing their daughter, Imade, and subsequently took legal action in June 2024, seeking joint custody.
In response to the public fallout and legal proceedings, Sophia’s uncle, Dele Momodu, shared details about the court’s stance on the ongoing custody battle.
