A man suspected to be a suicide bomber was on Monday arrested with materials believed to be explosives at the premises of the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency in Lagos.
The man suspected to a member of the Boko Haram sect was caught while he was strapping the device which had a manual timer to his body.
