Speed Darlington’s lawyer, Stan Alieke, has announced the anticipated release date for the rapper following his recent bail approval.
Taking to his Instagram story, Alieke shared that his client was arraigned in court on January 15th and granted bail the same day.
The lawyer explained that Speed Darlington remains in custody because the court has yet to finalize the verification process for the surety provided. He assured fans and followers that efforts are underway to ensure the rapper’s release today, January 16th.
Sharing the update on IG, Stan Alieke wrote:
“Yes, Akpi was arraigned and granted bail today by the court & he was meant to be released today. The court just couldn’t meet up to verify the surety we provided that’s why he wasn’t released today. Hopefully, by tomorrow he’ll be out after the perfection of the bail conditions.”
