Musician Speed Darlington publicly criticized the elders in his village for taking down a signpost he had set up to announce his search for a wife. In an unconventional move, the singer had used the signpost to declare his search for a wife in his village. The signpost included his qualifications and attributes, as well as the qualities he was looking for in a woman.
However, some village elders, deeming it inappropriate, removed the signpost and discarded it. Expressing his dissatisfaction on social media, Speed Darlington emphasized that his search for a wife was a serious matter. He accused the elders of already having wives but not wanting him to find one like theirs. He scolded them, stating that their actions did not sit well with him and that they shouldn’t underestimate him because he is successful and even has a personal chef.
