The late Nigerian artist Mohbad’s impersonator, Shallipopi, sent him an email, which the singer from Nigeria Shallipopi published.
A former Marlian Music artist named Mohbad was reported deceased on September 12.
His body was just unearthed for an autopsy to ascertain the cause of death, therefore there is currently no hard evidence to back up the rumors that he passed away from an ear infection.
Shallipopi shared a screenshot of the email he had gotten from someone posing as Mohbad on Snapchat a few days after the incident.
“Good evening Shali, this is Mohbad, but keep calm,” the email’s body states.
The screenshot shared by the aforementioned musician sparked online debate, with many people posting comments outlining their points of view.
