Seyi Awolowo, a reality-show housemate who was kicked out, has questioned Nigerians about how he was criticized for his sexist remark.

Aside from his remark, Seyi threatened numerous people on the show, including his friend Kiddwaya, whose mother vowed to take him to court after Seyi’s warning.
Seyi apologized to Nigerians for his sexist comment and other actions he shown on the show during an interview with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.
Seyi, however, voiced his disappointment in Nigerians for labeling him a monster while ignoring all the admirable things he did in the house, particularly for other housemates, during an Instagram live. He claims that his comments were misconstrued.
