Producers of American TV series, Scandal have announced that a new season will begin airing on Thursday, September 25, 2014.
Creator of the show, Shonda Rhimes in an earlier interview had revealed that the character of Harrison as played by Columbus Short will be killed, a situation that will greatly affect Olivia Pope and her colleagues.
She also said that this season will focus more attention on the character of Abby Whelan as played Darby Stanchfield, ‘Season 4 is Abby’s season. That was by design. A lot of what we know about Abby happens this season’, she was quoted to have said.
The series debuted in April, 2012.
