Portable has sparked reactions online after a video showed how he reacted upon encountering one of his rivals at Soso Soberekon’s residence.
In the clip, the street-pop singer became aggressive after spotting Tunde Perry, leading to a tense moment that almost escalated into a physical confrontation.
Portable, who has recently been boasting about his fighting ability ahead of his bout with Carter Efe, was seen shirtless, holding up a chair and making threats as he moved toward Perry. Security personnel present at the scene kept their distance while monitoring the situation.
Reacting to the incident, Tunde Perry expressed frustration, noting that those present should be thankful intervention came quickly, as he would have responded differently. He also cautioned Portable over his behaviour and hinted at settling matters later.
Meanwhile, Soso Soberekon, who was present during the incident, attempted to de-escalate the situation and restore calm between both parties, alongside others at the scene.
The video has since triggered mixed reactions from fans. While some advised Soso to take stronger control of the situation and urged Portable to calm down, others backed the singer, claiming he was justified. A few also called on Carter Efe to address the tension ahead of their anticipated clash.
