Portable has reacted after losing his celebrity boxing match against Carter Efe.
According to the judges’ scorecards, Carter Efe won by unanimous decision after three rounds, with all three judges scoring the contest 27-30 in his favour. The bout took place on Friday night, May 1, into the early hours of Saturday at Balmoral Hall, Federal Palace Hotel.
Responding to the defeat, Portable expressed frustration and suggested that Carter Efe had a physical advantage that should have been considered before the fight.
He insisted he also landed punches, accused the organisers of bias, and downplayed the result, saying the birth of his baby boy means more to him than the title belt.
“All of you are m@d, Carter efe was just holding my neck, I was punch!ng him too but you people are not talking about that. They did ojoro for me, they knew Carter Efe is tall and has long hand but still put him in a boxing with me. Well, you can only buy belt with money but a child cannot be bought. My wife just gave birth to a bouncing baby boy, I value that more than a belt,” he said in the video.
