Controversial Nigerian singer, Portable, has gifted a fan the same designer shoe British rapper Skepta gave him during his visit to the UK.
In 2023, Portable traveled to the United Kingdom, where he collaborated with Skepta on the hit track “Tony Montana.” During their meeting, Skepta reportedly gifted Portable bundles of cash and praised his raw authenticity, describing him as a refreshing voice in an industry filled with pretenders.
Alongside the money, Skepta also presented Portable with a pair of red designer shoes.
In a new viral video, Portable was seen recounting his encounter with Skepta while speaking to a fan. He then handed the fan the same red shoes, proudly stating they were from Skepta himself.
The singer humorously added that Skepta has the power to “lock” the shoes remotely, claiming they carry a special code only the British rapper knows.
He encouraged the fan to sing along to his collaboration with Skepta, saying:
“I no buy am for America. Na Skepta gift me this shoe. If you wear am, Skepta fit lock am. Na Skepta get the code.”
