This gruesome incident happened two days ago in Minna, Niger State.
The woman named Bara’atu (pictured) is the step mother of the victim. She allegedly cut off his penis out of ‘jealousy’ and has now been arrested & placed in custody. The boy survived the incident and is currently undergoing treatment at a hospital in Minna. Doctors are urgently try to provide a way for him to urinate.
