Police are detaining 15-year-old boy found with bag containing explosives in Hade a Maroua neighbourhood, Cameroon . Two ladies who were with him have finally been apprehended by security operatives after declaring them wanted. The suspects all possessed Cameroon national identity and electoral cards. The boy had no identification documents on him.
