A man was found dead lying by his car early this morning at Ilasamaja Ballet Bustop,Close to Cele Ijesha, Lagos.
Passersby suspect foul play, believing the man may have been poisoned.
They hinge their various submissions on the fact that the man had foam surrounded is mouth.
Nobody can identify the man.
