An amateur baker has created a cake moulded after the first child of the Prince Williams and Kate Middleton , the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
The cake which looks like a real life Prince George, stole the show in amateur bake-off competition which had 1,000 entries
Baker Lara Mason, 29, from Walsall, revealed that the sponge cake standing at just under 3ft,took 30 hours to make and shows the young royal in a pair of red shorts and white top, like the one he wore to sister Charlotte’s christening in July.
Mrs Mason won a gold award for her royal creation.
She scooped golds in previous years for her cakes of actress Jennifer Lawrence and Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow.
The Cake International competition is being held at the Birmingham’s NEC.
