A 15-year-old (simply identified as Amadi ) has been severely brutalized after her guardia, Mrs. Ugochukwu Ebere, accused her of stealing and masturbation.
On January 11, Mrs Ebere allegedly flogged until her body began to peel , after which she added pepper on her scars.
Her grouse with Amadi is that she was stealing and teaching her own daughter how to masturbate.
Amadi owned up to the accusations, but stated that she was beaten for sending Ugochukwu’s daughter on an errand.
The police and Femi-Falana, Human Rights Activist, have been involved in the case.
