Counsel to the EFCC, Wahab Shittu, has called on Nigeria’s ex-first Lady Patience Jonathan to visit the EFCC and claim the $20m she’s been clamoring for.
Speaking on a Channels TV program, he said it was the logical thing to do.
According to him, Dame Patience had been invited for questioning.
“And the facts of the case even lends itself to direct invitation. Even if EFCC has not invited her as she is claiming, then she should invite herself. If allegations are being made against me and I’ve not been invited. And those allegations touch on my integrity, I’ll make myself available and explain.
