The nurse who was hired to treat the Afrobeat artist Mohbad has been detained as Nigeria Police launch their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the singer’s passing.
This comes after the NPF asked two weeks to fully investigate the death of the 27-year-old former Marlian Music signee.
The police have detained the nurse who was hired to treat the musician before he passed away, according to a report by legendary actress Iyabo Ojo.
She added that some people had also been asked for interrogation and encouraged Nigerians to give the police the two weeks sought for the probe.
It’s important to note that Mohbad allegedly got sick after engaging in a fun brawl with a buddy, and the nurse was called in to treat him, which ultimately caused his untimely demise.
