Nigerian influencer Chinonso Ukah, popularly known as Nons Miraj, has responded to allegations from viral sensation Alax Evalsam, widely referred to as the “Fish-Pie guy,” who claimed he was exploited and abandoned by celebrities after his rise to fame.
In a recent interview, Alax expressed frustration over his worsening financial struggles, alleging that those who supported him during his moment of fame eventually “used and dumped” him.
His comments sparked online debate, with some fans accusing celebrities, including Nons Miraj, of neglecting him after collaborating with him during his peak.
In response, Nons Miraj posted a video addressing the claims and defending her actions. She detailed the support she provided to Alax, including gifting him a car, arranging housing, and supplying clothes and other essentials.
The comedienne firmly denied exploiting him and urged Alax to clarify his accusations and specify the individuals he referred to.
“Heaven helps those who help themselves. Please don’t involve me in this matter again. I’ve done my part as my spirit led 🤍,” she captioned the video.
The controversy has left fans divided, with many criticizing Alax for displaying entitlement.
