A mysterious fire this evening gutted the warehouse of a foam manufacturing company in Lagos. The inferno, which began at about 4:00p.m, razed one of the warehouses of Mouka Industry located along Ladipo Oluwole Street, Off Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, Lagos.
South-West spokesman, National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Mr. Ibrahim Farinloye, confirmed that it was a fire incident and told National Mirror that his agency had already mobilised firefighters to the scene. He disclosed that the casualty figure and property lost to the outbreak would be ascertained later . As at the time of filing the report, the fire was still raging, while workers of the affected foam manufacturing company prevented photo journalists from taking snapshots .
