Nigerian singer, Teniola Apata, better known as Teni, has revealed why she embarked on a weight loss journey.
Naijalog recalls that Teni debuted a transformation body that got Netizens talking. In a video making rounds on social media, the singer disclosed that she was weighing two hundred and sixty pounds because she ate anything she liked.
However, she realised that her excessive weight gain could lead to death. She started working on shredding off her weight.
In a melodious rendition and picture collage, Tensi said: This is me at 260 pounds. i dey chop anything I like and I kon realize say you only get one life cus aye o pe meji (Life has no duplicate). Me I no won die, see as I fresh and I fine, gbogbo won ko mi je (everyone started liking me) and all the boyfriend and girlfriends gbogbo won ko mi je. I am never going back there, if you need inspiration, you are looking at me right now.
The ‘Billionaire’ crooner debuted a transformation body with breathtaking photos that got Netizens talking.
She wrote: “Cost money to look like me”.
Recall that Teni had opened up on her body transformation while reacting to reports of undergoing body surgery to lose weight.
Just like actress, Eniola Badmus, Teni’s sudden weight loss had become a subject of discussion for many. While many praised her new look, others questioned her need for going under the knife.
Reacting via her Twitter page, Teni shutdown the reports.
She attributed her new look to weight loss and not surgery, like many assume. She revealed that she had lost 75 pounds without surgery.
Teni isn’t the only public figure or celebrity who has undergone body transformation.
