Popular entertainer Mr Jollof has publicly apologized after a physical clash with Verydarkman on a commercial flight. The pair, who have previously traded words online, were filmed engaging in a heated fight mid-air, drawing massive attention on social media.
Mr Jollof issues apology
In the aftermath of the incident, Mr Jollof took to his social media pages to address what happened and tender a sincere apology. He described the altercation as completely unlike him, explaining that he only reacted in self-defense.
He also expressed deep regret to his family, admitting the situation embarrassed him and assuring them that such an incident would not repeat itself.
“Verydarkman triggered it,” he claims
Mr Jollof alleged that Verydarkman provoked the confrontation, saying he remained calm even after being insulted. He explained that he typically advises others to stay composed when confronted, noting that this situation was out of character for him.
He stated:
“I was only defending myself. It was unlike me. And to my lovely wife, I know you are proud of me baby. No be by muscle. And to my kids, I’m sorry. Daddy will never do this again…he boarded last. He was looking at me eyeball to eyeball and I ignored. I been keep my cool because na me dey always preach when people use words against you, make you keep your cool.”
