Deyemi Okanlawon, a talented Nollywood actor, has stated that not all famous actors are wealthy, as some are impoverished. Deyemi Deyemi took to Twitter where he advised that actors should sometimes go for the highest-earning role and not always target the highest feature or grossing movie, as it does not always equate a “big bag”.
He wrote:
“Not every time aim for HIGHEST GROSSING or HIGHEST FEATURED… more often reach for HIGHEST EARNING! #alist”
The tweet by the actor got Twitter users wondering how fame does not equate to wealth. A user asked:
“I thought the fame brings the bag??”
Deyemi’s reply reads:
“There are lots of famous broke ppl… fame is a byproduct, it’s the talent and the grind (work strategy and work ethic) that brings the bag”
