The autopsy being done on the remains of the late Nigerian musician Ilerioluwa Aloba, commonly known as Mohbad, has received an update from the Lagos State Police Command.
The best forensic pathologists in the nation performed the autopsy, according to SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the public relations officer for the Lagos State Police.
The command’s spokesman revealed that the late singer’s family members were there during the autopsy in a post on his verified X handle.
The PPRO disproved the claim that certain dishonest people could try to sabotage the proceedings in order to prevent the singer from receiving justice.
He encouraged Nigerians to maintain their composure while they awaited the results of the autopsy.
He wrote,
“As assured by the CP, the autopsy was promptly carried out by some of the best forensic pathologists in the country, in the presence of family members.
“While we await the result, we urge everyone to remain calm and confident in the process.
“There is absolutely no underhand dealing, as feared by some concerned persons. In the meantime, other aspects of the investigation are progressing well.”
