The management of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta have reacted to the brutal beating of one of its students by school security.
The affected security officer (names withheld) described as overzealous by the panel of inquiry is an outsourced security officer who has been sacked by the Polytechnic Authorities. After thorough investigation into the imbroglio, he was immediately fired for an act of gross misconduct – which is not condoned by the Authorities. He has been warned to steer off the campus and its environs forthwith.
