EKITI State governor, Mr Ayo Fayose, on Monday, sacked all the political appointees of the Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Dr Adewale Omirin.
Those affected by the move are the speaker’s chief of staff, his special advisers on political affairs, media, mobilisation and his personal assistant.
A statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government announced the sack of the aides.
Also affected are the appointees of the deputy speaker.
