Olawunmi, the widow of late Nigerian singer Mohbad, has ventured into entrepreneurship with the launch of her luxury hairline, reflecting on the challenges she has faced since her husband’s passing.
Mohbad, who passed away in September 2023, left behind many unanswered questions about the circumstances of his death, despite numerous court proceedings.
In a heartfelt message shared on her brand’s Instagram page, Wunmi described the emotional turmoil she’s experienced since his loss. Taking on the roles of both mother and father has been a daunting journey, often filled with sleepless nights as she worked to find her way forward.
With immense gratitude, Wunmi thanked her supporters for their unwavering love, calling it her beacon of hope. She also expressed excitement about launching her couture line, The Liam Luxe Collection—named after her son, Liam, and inspired by the resilience they have built together.
