According to his representative, actor Lance Reddick, best known for his roles in The Wire and the John Wick franchise, died at the age of 60 from natural causes at his home in Los Angeles.
Lance Reddick’s death caught many people off guard, and the internet has since been filled with memories and tributes to the actor.
The creator of The Wire, David Simon, expressed his sorrow in a statement to the Hollywood Reporter.
“A consummate professional, a devoted collaborator, a lovely soul and a friend. This is just gutting and way, way, way too soon for any of us who knew and loved him to contemplate,” he wrote.
