Tanzanian singer Juma Jux has explained the reason behind his series of wedding celebrations with Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ojo, stating that he wanted to honor every significant location that played a role in their love story.
In a viral video, the award-winning artist shared that the couple’s final wedding celebration is set to take place on May 28, 2025, in Tanzania, marking the seventh event in their elaborate wedding series.
“This is the final round, the big one. I call it the final one because my wife is tired already,” Jux said with a laugh, acknowledging the strain the multiple weddings have placed on Priscilla, particularly due to the effort involved in both traditional and modern bridal attire.
Despite having already celebrated five to six weddings, Jux expressed his desire for even more celebrations to fully express his love.
“Five to six weddings is not enough for me. I wanted more. I wanted to go to the place where we first met, but she has no energy; she has tried,” he said.
He also added, “She always tells me, ‘It’s easy for you because you’re wearing a suit; you don’t have to go through a lot with dressing.’ I understand her.”
Jux promised that the final wedding in Tanzania would be an unforgettable event. “Tanzania is the final one, the last one, and because it’s the final one, I’d put everything on that. It’s going to be crazy. My friends from different countries are coming; from Uganda, Kenya, China, USA, and even Tanzania,” he said.
The highly anticipated event is expected to draw celebrities, fans, and well-wishers from around the world.
