News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the National Defence Council has extended the emergency rule in Borno, Yobe and Adamawa states over the continuous and increase spate of insurgent activities of Boko Haram in the three states, subject to approval of the National Assembly.
Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Mohammed Adoke, disclosed this Monday in Abuja.
